By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies:
Exchange Policy
- We offer a hassle-free exchange policy valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products once sold are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are allowed only for other products of the same price or higher (price difference to be paid by the customer).
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

We want you to love what you wear! But in the rare case you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how you can request an exchange:
Step-by-Step Exchange Process
1. Get in Touch

2. Wait for Confirmation
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 working days via WhatsApp.
- Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
3. Ship the Product Back
- You will need to send the product back to us at your own cost.
- We currently do not offer reverse pickup.
- Use a trackable courier service and keep the receipt safe.
- Take a signed acknowledgment from the courier person with their contact number and number of items returned.
- We are not responsible for lost returns without proof.
4. Exchange Support
- Our Exchange Manager will help you choose a new product (same or higher value – price difference to be paid by the customer).
Important Terms & Conditions
- ✅ Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- ❌ Do not send products without prior approval — such exchanges won’t be accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- We bear the shipping charges for sending the exchange product to you.
- ⚠ No refunds on returned products. You may choose another item or get store credit in specific cases (like partial order fulfillment).
- ✂ For alterations, you can send the product back — shipping cost to be borne by you.
- ✨ Minor variations may occur in designs, especially with handcrafted/sequined items. Some beads or embellishments may loosen during transit — this is not considered a defect.
