Order Cancellations

Important Information About Shipping Addresses
1. Address Changes
- You may request a change of address within 24 hours of placing the order.
- No changes can be made after 24 hours or once the parcel has been shipped.
2. Multiple Shipping Addresses
- If you’d like to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
3. Correct Address is Crucial
- Ensure your shipping address and PIN code are accurate.
- Courier companies may charge a penalty for incorrect addresses — any such penalties will be borne by the customer.
- In case of re-shipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.
4. Availability at Delivery
- Please ensure someone is present to receive the package at the delivery address.
- In some international locations, packages may be left unattended at the door if no one is available, and no signature confirmation may be provided in such cases.
Lost in Transit
- If your package is marked as lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing your order.
- If the exact product is unavailable, you may:
- Choose an alternate product, or
- Opt for a refund for the undelivered item.
Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
- Deliveries may be affected by natural calamities, national emergencies, or unexpected courier disruptions.
