Order Cancellations

  • ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed — regardless of whether they have been shipped or not.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Important Information About Shipping Addresses

1. Address Changes

  • You may request a change of address within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • No changes can be made after 24 hours or once the parcel has been shipped.

2. Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • If you’d like to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

3. Correct Address is Crucial

  • Ensure your shipping address and PIN code are accurate.
  • Courier companies may charge a penalty for incorrect addresses — any such penalties will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of re-shipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.

4. Availability at Delivery

  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the package at the delivery address.
  • In some international locations, packages may be left unattended at the door if no one is available, and no signature confirmation may be provided in such cases.

Lost in Transit

  • If your package is marked as lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing your order.
  • If the exact product is unavailable, you may:
    • Choose an alternate product, or
    • Opt for a refund for the undelivered item.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

  • Deliveries may be affected by natural calamities, national emergencies, or unexpected courier disruptions.
  • We appreciate your patience in such situations and will keep you informed.
